Very nice armchair from the sixties in wood (stained beech) and rope manufactured by Vroom and Dreesemann and sold in V & D stores, whose lines are similar to the model 406 armchair by Alvar Aalto.

It is in good general condition, with some signs of wear and time on the wood, as well as a slight wear on the rope at the front left, without consequences for the seat.

V&D is a former Dutch department store chain established in 1887 and ceased its activities in 2016, which numbered up to 63 stores.

The brand was relaunched in 2018, but only as an online store.
